Joe Kelly

Joe is a founding partner and owner of Kaleidoscope Marketing. He is the lead strategist and senior copywriter for the agency, specializing in healthcare and higher education.


An early embracer of performance marketing, Joe focuses the agency's efforts on how clients can use data, digital and social media marketing to develop brands, build relationships, drive leads and close sales. He’s developed successful digital campaigns for a national outdoor retailer, setting sales records for premiere brands, including The North Face, Patagonia, Icebreaker and Fjällräven.

Sarah La Fleur Casey

Creative director and founding partner Sarah Casey is the lead graphic designer for Kaleidoscope Marketing. From business cards to nationally distributed magazine redesigns, Sarah is the creative driver for most projects coming out of the agency.


Sarah’s experience runs the gamut from in-house designer for a national food manufacturer and distributer to a senior designer at an award-winning advertising agency. Her talent is on display for clients including Pharmacists Mutual Insurance, Children’s Miracle Network of Kansas City, Exact Eye Care and more banks than she can recall.
